WHOLESALE TERMS + CONDITIONS
ORDER MINIMUMS
- $138 for opening order
- $100 for reorders
READY TO SHIP
- Our normal processing turnaround is 1-3 business days from order.
- In the case of out of stocks our timeline is 1-3 weeks.
SHIPPING
- Payments are processed at the time of shipment.
- All packages are shipped either UPS or USPS based on the shipping destination and cost. If you have a preference please advise when placing order.
- Insurance is available upon request and is added to the cost of shipping.
- Any international duties/customs are the responsibility of the retailer.
- Clean Circle is not responsible for loss, damage, or transportation delays.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
- Any changes or cancellations to orders must be submitted via email to hello@clean-circle.com within 24 hours from order submission.
- We only accept returns on damage or defective items. Claims must be made within 5 business days of receiving the order.
ONLINE SELLING
- Clean Circle product is not permitted for sale on any third party websites including Amazon, Etsy, or other online marketplaces besides your registered domain.
- Brand Name (Clean Circle) must be displayed in product description if selling on registered website.
